Асфальтированная дорога до поселка, в зимнее время дороги очищаются от снега. Разрешено проживание с небольшими собаками.

Advantages:

Домик приятно удивил. Очень хорошо и главное удобно организовано пространство, несмотря на небольшой размер домика, тесным он точно не ощущается. Вся мебель и наполнение дома в отличном состоянии. Вечером к дому прибежали кошечки, для которых был корм, чтобы их подкармливать. Очень понравилось то, что выезд в 14 часов, можно успеть не спеша проснуться, покушать, сделать свои утренние дела и спокойно посидеть. Хозяйка дома порадовала очень вкусными Тульскими пряниками.
