Ремонт косметический. Все чистенько. 6 спальных мест: 4 кровати, 2 дивана. Кухня полностью оборудована бытовой техникой и посудой. Вода горячая есть всегда( автоматическая колонка). Удобное расположение. Недалеко такие заводы : КБП , Полема, Северсталь, Тулачермет. Выезд на Рязанское шоссе. Рядом Гипермаркет "Глобус", Леруа Мерлен, Суворовское училище, парк " Патриот", Ледовый дворец. Для командированных просто находка. Сдам также помесячно . Цена указана из расчета 2 гостей, свыше этого кол-ва доплата 500 руб. За каждого в сутки.
