Advantages:

Неплохое расположение, достаточно уютно, чтобы провести 1-2 ночи, вежливые и готовые помочь администраторы=)

Disadvantages:

Высокая влажность в номере (правда и были в дни, когда лили дожди), звукоизоляция не особо (в т. ч. С улицы слышно оч хорошо). Владельцу хорошо бы продумать вопрос с доступом в отель-входную дверь бегают открывать администраторы (и не всегда оперативно=)
